Busy, busy, busy

*Phew*
It's been a busy week.
Back to last Saturday, after watching the World Cup draw, I went & cooked for Mary & Peter's joint birthday party. Unfortunately, I missed out on most of the shenanigans, as I had a wedding to attend.
The wedding was a good time to catch up with quite a few people I hadn't seen for a while, so that was good.
Most of the week was taken up by practising for the item which was presented at today's wedding, along with organising a Christmas lunch & dinner, and a departmental move next door at work.
Today's wedding was different for me, as it was the first time I was asked to sing. I was getting nervous as the time approached, but judging by what others said, I think it went well.
It'll be another hectic week, as I'll be going to a couple of farewell functions, as well as serving lunch, catching up with High School people, bringing a dish to a departmental lunch and cooking Christmas dinner, the latter of which i'm looking forward to cooking.
Finally, congratulations to Rachel & Stephen, Anita & Reggie, and Jackie, for getting engaged. (There goes my money again :( )
