Two down, three to go

I passed tax. As another indication on how quickly studying is going, I also handed in my assignment today, roughly halfway through the current course.

Something in the air

If recent announcements are anything to go by, there must be something in the air. Congratulations to Joel & Trish, and Mayzie & Zuo.

Onto other news, tax results come out on Friday. I shouldn't be worried, but after seeing other people in other exams, you can never be too sure. An indication of how fast each unit is going can be seen by the fact that the assignment for my current unit is due next Sunday, 2 days after I receive my result for Tax. I suspect i'll finish the course before I realise it :)

While I don't seem to be directly affected, others at work seem to be affected by the takeover, with worry over positions and who's the next to go. This should all be settled by January 1, but i'll be on study leave (yes, another sign on how quickly each unit goes by).
